Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, please read our return policy below.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us via our Contact Form or our official Contact Information page to request a return. No specific reason is required.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition. We inspect all returned items. The refund amount may be reduced or denied based on the condition and resale value of the item.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may choose any shipping method, but you must ensure the package reaches us.

4. How to Start a Return

Please message us through our Contact Form with your order details. We will guide you through the process.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund (minus any applicable value reduction) within a few business days via the same payment method used for the original order.

Unclaimed packages: If your package is returned to us from a pickup point because it was not collected, the order will be automatically cancelled. We will refund your order total minus a 20€ handling fee (or $25 USD). Returned unclaimed packages cannot be re-shipped.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If the product you received is faulty or incorrect, please use our Contact Form as soon as possible. Please include a description of the issue. In such cases, we will send a replacement product.

7. Exceptions

Print-on-demand items (such as made-to-order prints) are not eligible for return, as they are produced specifically for each customer. However, we are open to discussion in exceptional cases. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
